DEMO26Charlotte: Global Legal & Business Innovation Forum
September 2026 · Charlotte, North Carolina
The DEMO Series returns to the United States. Following acclaimed editions in Europe and Asia, DEMO26CHARLOTTE brings together global leaders in law, business, and technology for a two-day forum on the future of professional services.
DEMO26 will be a multi-day conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, focused on innovation in the delivery of legal service for corporate clients. Through panels, presentations and live demonstrations (DEMOS), the conference participants will examine how organizations are redesigning legal-service-delivery models to improve efficiency, scalability and measurable bottom-line impact, using technology (including that powered by artificial intelligence), data and new operational structures.
The first day will focus on GLOBAL CAPABILITY CENTERS (GCCs), which integrate service models that consolidate legal, finance, accounting, technology and other professional in an outsourced environment in support of a single corporate client. Sessions will explore how GCCs are structured, governed, and tailored to client-specific needs and preferences, and how value-based frameworks are used to determine which capabilities are included and delivered and how success is measured.
The second day will examine LEGAL PROCESS OUTSOURCING (LPO) and modern legal operations models. Specific topics include legal research, document and information management, litigation support and flexible staffing approaches that allow corporate legal teams to scale resources as needed while preserving quality control and realizing demonstrable valueenhancements.
In addition to formal sessions, DEMO26 is designed to provide and support meaningful interaction and knowledge exchange among attendees, with time allocated for discussion, networking, and informal collaboration throughout the event.
A key component of DEMO26 is professional content capture and distribution. Speaker presentations, DEMOs, panel discussions, interviews, podcasts, and audience Q&A will be recorded, edited, and produced as high-quality media assets. Select content will be published and promoted following the conference, extending the reach, accessibility and impact of the conference beyond the live sessions.
Organizations participating as sponsors or partners will receive branded content assets from the event, tailored for use across their respective websites, communications, and marketing channels – creating lasting thought leadership, visibility, and content marketing value from their participation and support.
